The National Cadet Corps (NCC) Boys’ Unit of our college instills discipline, leadership, and a spirit of national service among young students. Through regular drills, camps, parades, and social service activities, cadets learn teamwork, courage, and responsibility. The training helps them develop physical fitness, confidence, and a deep sense of patriotism. Our NCC Boys proudly represent the college in various state and national-level events, upholding the motto “Unity and Discipline.” They stand as symbols of strength, commitment, and readiness to serve the nation whenever duty calls.

History of NCC Boys’ Unit in Santipur College

Since 1958, the Boys’ NCC Unit at Santipur College has been a hub for nurturing discipline, leadership, and a commitment to service among students. Over the years, the unit has guided countless young men in becoming responsible citizens, instilling values of teamwork, courage, and patriotism. Many cadets have gone on to serve in the armed forces or excel in other fields of public service, carrying forward the legacy of the unit with pride.

Objective

The NCC Boys Unit aims to develop well-rounded, disciplined, and patriotic citizens by:

1. Instilling leadership, courage, and a sense of responsibility in young students.
